Metal Braces

Metallic braces are the traditional orthodontic treatment and are often more cost effective. This most commonly used fixed braces are made from stainless steel and selected highly elastic metal alloys.

Ceramic (Clear) Braces

Ceramic braces use tooth coloured brackets, which are bonded to the teeth. This type of teeth straightening braces is popular among adult orthodontic patients as they are less visible than metallic braces and are a similar colour to the natural colour of your teeth.

Invisalign (Invisible) Aligners

Invisalign® is a great way to achieve a straight beautiful smile without the hassle of braces. A clear, thin customised aligner is used to gently move your teeth into the most desired position.

Removable Appliances

Removable appliances (plates) are not braces. Unlike braces which are attached directly to the teeth, removable appliances are often used for early intervention cases.

Functional Appliances

Functional appliances are devices used to correct a significant disharmony in the relationship between the upper and lower jaws. They work by influencing the growth and development of a growing patient.
